A residential compound, which at acquisition date consisted (May 2015) of 67 apartments plus 83 underground parking slots developed on a land surface of 5,700 sqm, situated in the Boyana high end suburb of Sofia, at the foot of Vitosha mountain with Gross Buildable Area (“GBA”) totalling to 11,400 sqm. The complex includes adjacent land plots covering a surface of 17,000 sqm with building permits under renewal to develop GBA of 21,851 sqm.
