Description of the business
SPDI is a property development and investment company focussing primarily on a number of high potential South Eastern European markets (the Region), including but not limited to Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece and Ukraine. The Company intends to generate returns, principally derived from the operation of income generating properties, from capital appreciation through investment in high yield real estate assets and from capital return generated from adding value to distressed assets, principally in and around the major population centres in the Region.

SPDI is not subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers on Mergers.
SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment is incorporated in Cyprus with the main area of operation of the Company is in SEE countries.

The ordinary shares of the Company have been admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. The Company’s shares are not admitted to trading or listing on any other market or securities exchange.
The number of securities in issue is 129.191.442
The percentage of securities not in public hands is ~80%
There are no restrictions of transfer associated with the Company’s AIM shares
